UK Warehouse Management system is a self funded change project which has been live since 2016. Joining the Change team in April 2017 I managed to transform the communications plan, upgraded their branding and improve the methods of communication as well as the attitude towards creative thinking. The project now have manageable templates and branding guidelines they can use.
